The Economics of Building with Mass Timber - Part 1: Design Optimization for the Speed of Construction

What are the costs to build a 7-12 storey multi-family building with mass timber in BC? How will these buildings meet BC Energy Step Code and BC Building Code requirements? Part one of a two-part series focuses on examples of regional multi-unit buildings designed for unique site-specific requirements and climate zones. Key objectives include:
